Where do we ship?

We ship to almost every country in the world. Yes, we also ship to Antarctica, but shipping to Antarctica and other exotic places like that falls under special shipping. You can see the details when you check out.

What does shipping cost?

This is our list of shipping costs, but please note that prices may vary depending on your order and discount promotions!

USA - $5 (free shipping above $60)

Canada - $8 (free shipping above $60)

Rest of the world - $10 (free shipping above $100)

Special shipping - $25 (no free shipping)

How long does shipping take?

To reduce waste, we have chosen to make and ship our products only after you have placed your order. By operating like this, we do not need a stock of products and packaging materials. This way we reduce waste!

An additional advantage of this is that we always have all our products in stock, with the exception of factory complications. A disadvantage is that our shipping time takes a little longer than usual. We hope you understand!

The duration depends on where you live. In the US and Canada, shipping would usually take about 3 to 14 days. For the rest of the world it usually takes 5 to 15 days, but delays can occur, so we assume a maximum of 30 days. Please only contact customer support after 30 days have passed!

Returns & refunds

Is returning a product free?

We want to provide the best possible service, but this shouldn't come at the expense of the planet. What you often see is that people order multiple sizes or colors of the same product and send back the ones they don't fit or the colors they don't like. This is very wasteful and harmful to the Earth, because additional packaging and shipping is needed, increasing carbon emissions and plastic waste. As a brand selling earth positive clothing, we try to prevent this, while also making sure you get the best experience.

You can always return your undamaged and unused products within 30 days of the date you receive the product and get a replacement or a refund.

For damaged items you should contact customer support within 14 days. We will do a small investigation, but generally you will also either get a replacement or a refund. Exceptions may apply. You can read our full return and refund policy in our terms of service.
